Luxury Vinyl Flooring in the GTA
Waterproof, durable, and low-maintenance, installed by a team trusted for 20+ years, backed by full licensing and insurance.
What Is Luxury Vinyl? Why Choose It?
Luxury vinyl plank is built with a durable wear layer over a waterproof core, topped with a high-definition print that realistically mimics the look of natural wood or stone. That waterproof construction makes it far more resistant to moisture, scratches, and everyday wear than traditional flooring options, without sacrificing style.
Because it's fully waterproof, luxury vinyl can go where other materials can't (basements, bathrooms, kitchens, and mudrooms) while still offering the warmth and character of wood-look finishes. It's also one of the more comfortable flooring options underfoot, and its durability makes it a practical choice for busy households and high-traffic commercial spaces alike.

Installed the Right Way

Vinyl flooring lives or dies by what's underneath it (even small subfloor imperfections can telegraph through and show over time), so we take flattening and prep seriously before a single plank goes down. Skipping this step is one of the most common reasons vinyl floors develop visible bumps or uneven wear months after installation.
Depending on the space, we install using click-lock or glue-down methods, choosing whichever suits your subfloor and room best. Because vinyl is fully waterproof, it's one of the few materials we can confidently install in basements, bathrooms, and kitchens without added moisture concerns (though getting the seams and edges right still takes a careful, experienced hand).

Frequently asked questions
How much does luxury vinyl installation cost?
Cost depends on the size of the space, the product you choose, and your subfloor condition. We provide a free, no-obligation quote after an on-site assessment so you get accurate pricing for your specific project rather than a generic estimate.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installations take a few days, depending on square footage and whether any subfloor prep or old flooring removal is needed. We'll give you a clear timeline before work begins.
Is vinyl really waterproof?
Yes. Luxury vinyl has a waterproof core, making it a reliable choice for basements, bathrooms, kitchens, and other moisture-prone spaces where materials like hardwood or laminate aren't recommended.
Click-lock or glue-down: which installation method is better?
It depends on the space. Click-lock is generally faster and works well in most rooms, while glue-down can offer a more stable feel in high-traffic or commercial settings. We'll recommend the right method during your consultation based on your subfloor and how the space is used.
My basement just flooded — how fast can you install new flooring?
We prioritize flood-related jobs and can typically respond within 24 to 48 hours. Note we handle flooring replacement, not water extraction or mold remediation, so your space will need to be fully dried out first.
Do I need to wait until my basement is fully dried out before installing vinyl?
Yes. The subfloor needs to be completely dry before installation, or trapped moisture can cause mold or damage the new flooring. We can set up industrial fans to help speed up drying, and we'll check moisture levels on-site during your free assessment.
Do you offer materials without installation?
Yes (if you already have an installer or want to handle installation yourself, we can supply luxury vinyl on its own). Just let us know what you're looking for and we'll help you find the right fit.
How do I maintain vinyl flooring?
Regular sweeping or vacuuming and occasional damp mopping are usually all it takes. Luxury vinyl's wear layer is quite durable, but we'll walk you through any specific care recommendations for the exact product you choose.
